Description

ObboMed MV-5430 Standard Size Reusable Hot & Cold Compress Gel Pad (3 pcs / pack) offers great and immediate relief on physical pains, aches, or strains. Light-weighted and handy, can be used frozen or heated depends on your need.

 

Cold Application:

  1. Put the pack in a freezer for 2 hours and wrap it in a towel when use.
  2. Check your skin condition every 5 minutes to avoid frostbite.
  3. Do not apply the cold therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time.

 

Hot Application:

  1. Hot Water Method
  2. Put the pack in a 4-5 liters boiling water for 10 minutes.

(Make sure to remove the water from heating source first)

  1. Wrap the pack in a towel when use.

 

  1. Microwave Method
  2. The length of heating time may differ according to the power of your microwave.

(Make sure to flatten the pack and put it in a clean microwave)

  1. For a 600W microwave, heat the pack for 30 seconds first and turn over the other side every 10 seconds. Suggest not to exceed 1.5 minutes heating in total.
  2. Wrap the pack in a towel when use.

 

Do not take any hot & cold treatment for more than 30 minutes at a time.
